- Oversee and train, Energy Technicians
- Assure work is completed correctly, approve hours worked and time off requests.
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
- Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions.
- Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
- Provide input and status updates to program management and staff.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
- Travel throughout a defined territory

- Must hold a valid US Drivers License
- 3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
- High School Graduate
- Must be BPI certified
- Electrical or Plumbing experience preferred
