The Role: The CPS Project Manager originates business solutions creating plans, drawing and documents as requested for the worldwide Wenger sales staff. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills to support the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design solutions for design/build from greenfield to retrofit with emphasis on Food Safety, Operation efficiency, Employee safety Employee training and Quality management.
• Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations to establish design concepts.
• Responsible for documents, presentations and seminars to provide business solutions to Clients.
• Alliances must be built with consultants to supplement the skills needed for specific projects.
• Build close relationships with customers which will allow us to maintain business over the long term.
• Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures relating to mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, drying, extrusion and related techniques.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to pan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks.
• Assists in preparing technical information in support of the sales team including preparation for trade shows.
• Works with sales and quoting departments in specifying equipment and process requirements.

Corporate Project Services will develop leads from:

? Consulting Wenger and Source-Tech Partner Sales Teams.

? Targeting startup businesses in their early stages of operation.

? Targeting small and mid-sized businesses both Domestically and Internationally.

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Keep proprietary and company information confidential in compliance with employee agreement.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language.
• Have a Bachelor Degree from University or 5 years related experience/or training.
• Drug/alcohol screening required.
• Self-motivated.

• Masters Degree
