POSITION PURPOSE



As an integral part of a human resources team, the corporate recruiter is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of Two Rivers Financial Group and its affiliates. The recruiter is responsible for the entire recruiting process to include, but not limited to; sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, and performing background checks. In addition, this position may serve as backup to other areas of human resources to include payroll, benefits administration, and other generalist duties.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE


  • Degree in related field or comparable work experience.
  • 3 years recruiting experience with a wide variety of positions.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven experience developing strong applicant pools.
  • Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action policies.
  • Understanding of applicable State and federal employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develops recruitment goals and objectives in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Ensures understanding of Two Rivers' roles, associated responsibilities and requirements, and provides expertise on applicable recruiting strategies. and maintains updated job descriptions on all positions.
  • Creates and manages position requisitions, manages candidate pools, reviews candidates to evaluate qualifications against position requirements, sources candidates, ensures a quality candidate experience, and facilitates the hiring process through the official job offer and start of onboarding.
  • Screens resumes and performs in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Administers appropriate company assessments and post-offer reference and background checks.
  • Coordinates interviews with hiring managers and makes recommendations.
  • Follows up on the interview process status.
  • Maintains relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure diverse applicant pools and staffing goals are achieved.
  • Stays current on Two Rivers' organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Communicates employer information and benefits during applicant screening/interviewing processes.
  • Serves as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Completes timely reports on employment activity and prepares reports for required annual reporting.
  • Cross-trains and provides backup in payroll, benefits administration and other HR generalist duties.
