The Journeys and Adventures that Await
- Conducts screening phone visits with patients to establish history and physical prior to procedures
- Schedules patients at appropriate facilities and communicates all needs to physician and facilities
- Orders any prep solution and places referral order into the system to ensure preauthorization.
- Provides education to patients regarding procedure, preparation, expectations before, during, and after procedure
- Responsible for preparing for each session in advance to ensure that all information is gathered and that patient is clinically appropriate for a phone visit
Hours: Monday - Friday; hours vary between 7:30am-6:00pm; Eligible to work from home after 6 months
Qualifications:
The Experiences You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- :Active RN, LPN, or CMA Licensure
- CPR certification or willing to become certified upon hire required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively deliver patient education
- Excellent comupter and typing skills; Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
