Overview
The Cook is responsible for leading Culinary Service by ensuring food is prepared and served for residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Serves food based on residents’ dietary restrictions.
- Ensures the work area is clean by sanitizing food service area and equipment.
- Actively participates in all culinary trainings.
Qualifications
- Quantity food production experience
- Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course, or completion within the first 90 days of employment
