The team is hiring an experienced Control Systems Engineer to support the development, implementation, manufacturing, and support of instrumentation and control systems on fracturing equipment utilized on the BJ TITAN series of equipment.

Control Systems Engineer
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on prototype equipment and proof of concept projects
- Assemble/fabricate/install components and systems
- Experience in Network (IT)
- Travel to 3rd party Facilities and to BJ Districts
- Test and debug (Shop and Field)
- Purpose-built control systems
- PLC/HMI
- Off-highway controllers
- Electro-Hydraulic controllers
- Gas flow computers
- Create/update documentation about manufacturing, configuration, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of controls and instrumentation
- 3rd Party Equipment Manufacturing
- Perform QC assessment of controls and instrumentation installation during fabrication
- Monitor and collect data from testing
- Field Work Shops
- Assist with the startup, configuration, calibration, and operation of equipment
- Implement and test prototype projects
- Train personnel on the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Job Site
- Monitor equipment to verify operational expectations are achieved
- Collect data and perform root cause analysis for failures related to controls and instrumentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with fabrication, assembly, and commissioning of controls and instrumentation enclosures
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Demonstratable electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills

EDUCATION
- Associate or Bachelors's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation or related field
- Will consider Journeyman/Master Electrician with related experience
