- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to operate a stick-shift is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs repeatedly
- Must be nimble enough to walk on a roof
- Driving vehicles from the company fleet
- Communication with team members and clients.
- Project management in accordance with capabilities
- Finish carpentry and framing
- Cosmetic remodeling
- Masonry
- Painting
- Hardscaping and landscaping
- Demolition and site clean up

- Our labor positions are very physical. You should be able to carry 100lbs. without injury, climb a 30' ladder, be able to walk a fairly steep roof, and dig a hole 5' deep in 90 degree weather.
