Mock Woodworking Co., a custom architectural and specialty retail woodworking company, is seeking a full time Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project planning - implementation to completion. We are seeking someone who is organized, self motivated and results oriented.

Mock Woodworking has two facilities, and is seeking staff at both locations: Batesville, Indiana or Zanesville, OH. Mock Woodworking operates primarily in the greater Columbus, Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas managing multiple construction projects in various phase of construction.

Candidates in and around the markets we serve would be ideal.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for customer satisfaction and profitable projects

• Supports key relationships with architects, contractors, sub-contractors

• Maintains project ownership, including complete knowledge of construction project, plans and details

• Promotes Mock Woodworkings standards, quality and reputation

• Consistent communication key project parters

• Properly managed project schedule

• Collaborates with engineers and materials procurement

• Manages sub-contractors and vendors

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related business focus. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related business focus, 5-7 years in construction industry with at least 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction, custom millwork or related fields, but not required. Additional cross training will be provided for the right individual. Must have excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and related communication and job tracking software.
