Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, located in Dousman, WI, is hiring a Concierge. We seek caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: respect, commitment, fulfillment, empathy and fun!

The Concierge supports our mission and values by acting as the face and voice of Three Pillars for the main phone line and Main Street buildings. Provide topnotch customer service to residents, families, and guests who call or enter the building, and offer time and lifestyle management services upon request. Provide clerical and receptionist support for Masonic Center for Health & Rehab, Hickory Suites, Riverside Lodge, and other campus residents, staff, and visitors.

What will I do in this role?

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer incoming calls
• Monitor entrance and lobby areas and provide support to residents, family members and visitors as needed
• Assist sales team in responding to walk-in or telephone inquiries
• Deliver resident mail, packages and newspapers
• Perform various clerical duties as assigned

What is required in this position?

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of work experience in an office setting or in the hospitality industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
