Compliance & Credentialing Specialist Job at Windom Area Hospital
Windom Area Health is looking for an experienced Compliance & Credentialing Specialist to work full-time for our growing organization. This position ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation agency standards through monitoring and audits, develops and implements compliance programs and policies, and completes all provider and payor credentialing processes. Acts as the Compliance and Privacy Officer. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in credentialing, billing, coding or other related business function, preferably in a Critical Access Hospital environment. Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred in healthcare, business, or related field. Partial remote work available after training.
