WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEW GREAT CNAs!
Luther Park Community has an opening for a full time 2p-10:30p CNA. This will include working every other weekend. The position comes with our full benefits package.
**NOTE: All new employees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 BEFORE they can be scheduled for orientation.
**We do hire new grads - but you must be Active and in good standing on the Iowa CNA Registry
CNAs are responsible for providing personal care and assistance of residents as directed by the unit charge nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or designee. CNAs will be responsible to help residents with personal hygiene, assistaning with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding, and giving baths/showers. CNAs are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the unit charge nurse.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent - also must read, write and comprehend English fluently
- Satisfactory completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant course required
- CNA certificate required
- Valid and current on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry through the Department of Inspection and Appeals
