Clinic Manager Job at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital
Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems is hiring Office Managers for two of our Pemiscot Primary Care clinics. The Office Manager is responsible for providing secretarial services for the facility, answering phones, maintaining appointment calendar, and carrying out other duties related to the operations of the clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least two years experience as a secretary; accurate typing skills, spelling skills, and working knowledge of medical terminology. Rules of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to communicate well with people of all economic and intellectual levels General knowledge of office management and office equipment
- Must have the ability to coordinate activities of the department Must be able to communicate with co-workers and medical staff
- Must have the ability to communicate through correspondence and telephone Must have good computer skills and experience
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
- Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and to maintain accuracy under pressure of meeting sundry inquiries from the public.
