We will train you to clean like the pros do!

We are based in Cary and work primarily in Cary, Fox River Grove, Barrington, Lake Zurich, McHenry, Crystal Lake, Lakewood, Huntley, Lake in The Hills, Algonquin and rapidly growing to surrounding areas. You must be willing to travel to these areas and from job to job (we do pay for travel) in your own vehicle.

As a cleaning technician you will review our app to know job locations and details of the job. Travel to the customers property prepared to clean with your cleaning kit (supplied by us) stocked and in working order. Inside the client’s property you will fix and straighten, dust, clean, sanitize, disinfect and shine, clean bathrooms including sinks, toilets, tubs & showers, make beds, empty trash bins, sweep, vacuum, steam and/or mop floors. Ensure the client’s property is secure, log time, track payments, wash/dry and maintain your work towels and uniform.

Requirements:
* Live within a 30 minute drive of Crystal Lake, Illinois
* Clearly speak, read and write fluent English
* Stand, kneel, bend, lift, push, climb up/down stairs
* Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
* Have a valid driver's license
* Have insured, reliable transportation readily available to you
* Can download and use our app throughout the day
* Pass a criminal background check and drug screen

If you call off it falls on your team, if you underperform it falls on your team to reclean your work.
  • Friendly and Customer Service Minded. Sometimes you will come in direct contact with clients. We need to know that you can offer above bar interactions that align with our company values.
  • Ability to solve problems. Chances are, you are going to encounter an issue. An area in disarray, an access code not working, a vacuum that is clogged, even a power outage! We want individuals that can think on their feet and will try to rectify a problem before calling management for what is often and easy quick fix. We are looking for people that have creative problem-solving ideas that we can trust to make good decisions that align with our core values.
