Civil Engineer Job at RFC Engineering, Inc.
P.E license in MN or ability to obtain within 6 months, BS degree in Civil Engineering with 4 Years experience or MS degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in MnDOT Construction Certification, physical review, planning, design, construction, supervision, maintenance, traffic control, storm water management, cost control, budgeting and administration of municipal/civil projects a plus.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Eagle Point, HydroCAD and ArcView is a plus.
- Ideal candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, able to render sound business decisions, and have the flexibility to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Must have a high regard for personal accountability and understand the critical importance of commitment to excellence.
- Must be able to promote a positive work ethic in support of the Company's Corporate Values, possess a high energy level and have a demonstrated commitment to environmental excellence and safety in the workplace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with personnel on all levels (including various levels of management)
- Must be capable of supervising out-of-house consulting engineers.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the environmental issues that impact civil projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,337.00 - $120,312.00 per year
