Chick-fil-A Team Members

Chick-fil-A is hiring Crew Members! All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

FOH responsibilities:

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Operating the POS at the front counter, managing cashier duties in the front or in the drive thru, and learn other stations of the restaurant
• Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
• Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to mobile order cars in the parking lot
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Learn all stations in the back-of-house, including the kitchen line and food prep
• Assist shift leaders and managers in executing opening or closing procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Complete all tasks as assigned
• Work well with crew members and managers

BOH responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
• Stock restaurant inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable using a cash register
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast food environment

Pay Rate:
16/17 yr olds: $11-12 per hour

18 & Up Front of the House:
FT $16-$18 per hour
PT $13-14 per hour

18 & Up Back of the House:
FT $16-$18 per hour
PT $13-$14 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
