Stanley Steemer is currently hiring a Chat Agent for our home office in Dublin, OH!
Full Time and Part Time positions available!!
The Chat Agent communicates with our customers using superb Customer Service.
This position will be required to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8AM- 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customer as needed via messages, email, or phone call.
- Work with Branch and International personnel to properly schedule and manage jobs and service inquiries.
- Utilize systems included but not limited to Chatavise, Powermagic, and Fusion to provide the appropriate service.
- Respond to all communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to take concise and accurate messages
- Competency and ability to perform multiple functional tasks effectively.
- Solid administrative and writing skills, including writing, proofreading and editing.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
