Quadient is a renowned provider of cutting-edge technologies for customer communication and parcel management. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our customer base through strategic partnerships.

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our partners and resellers to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our internal teams to create and execute sales strategies that align with Quadient's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing Reseller Hardware Vendors, and engage new Referral Hardware Vendors

  • On-board and manage new Independent Software Vendors that extend Quadient products

  • Manage Service-Provider Partners

  • Develop verticalized, packaged partner solutions

  • Manage Partner Lead Registrations through to Client Executive Opportunity Management

  • Support new partnership discussions through to enablement:

  • NDA Reviews

  • Contract Negotiations

  • Onboarding, training, partner sales team enablement

  • Assist partner team with Salesforce hygiene

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or MBA

Work experience and skills needed for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management/sales in the software industry.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing successful channel programs, with a track record of driving revenue growth through channel partners.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
