Native Sun Kitchen & Market in Jacksonville Beach is looking for a cashier to join our team. Our ideal candidate is energetic, optimistic, and has a passion for creating amazing experiences for our guests. Our cashiers play a vital role in our success by engaging customers throughout their visit. Responsibilities

*Smile (a lot)! *Greet each customer as they enter and leave the store; *Help customers find their favorite products; *Maintain a clean and tidy work area; *Accurately process transactions and payments; *Provide exceptional customer service through personal engagement; *Communicate effectively, including using positive body language; *Bag groceries like they are your own; *Express sincere gratitude towards each guest; *Cleaning tasks as directed by the Front End Supervisor or Manager on Duty; *Maintain a workable availability.

Qualifications

*Basic mathematical skills; *Strong attention to detail; *Ability to listen and communicate effectively;

Must Be Able To:

*Stand for up to 4 hours at a time; *Engage in repetitive arm motions; *Work nights and weekends on a rotational basis.

We start cashiers at $11/hour with a benefits package for eligible full time team members. All team members receive a 25% discount on merchandise.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $14.00/hour.
