What You'll Be Doing:
At Tandem, our caregivers work as a team in their assigned territories. You'll provide care to multiple clients daily, similar to how services are provided in an assisted living facility. The ideal caregiver is comfortable working in various homes and with clients with different levels of care needs.
You will be helping our clients with their activities of daily living, including mobility & transfer assistance, personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting), household support (laundry, changing bed linens, taking out the garbage, and other various housekeeping duties), lifestyle support (exercise and activity assistance, medication reminders, pet care, errands, and transportation) and more!
Role Requirments
Active Home Care Aid is registered in California.
Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in private home care, assisted living, a skilled nursing facility, or a hospital setting.
Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle to use on a daily basis, and auto insurance.
Passionate about caregiving and helping seniors.
Comfortable using technology to track and record day-to-day tasks.
Comfortable working with pets.
Comfortable working with all types of clients with varying care needs.
Can communicate clearly and effectively with clients with a positive attitude and strong social skills.
Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
