We are looking for a high-performing Canvassing Team Lead to help us meet our sales and revenue growth targets in Amarillo, TX. You will be responsible for maximizing our canvassing team potential, coordinating canvassing schedules, hiring, training and keeping a motivated team that reaches their goals. This is a salary based position that also earns personal and team performance commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire and train a strong Team of Marketing Representatives
• Coach, develop and motivate each Team member to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines
• Oversee all field activities of the Team
• Set the pace of Team's efforts by exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
• Mapping, permit logistics, payroll activities and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Sales or marketing experience
• Team building, leadership or management experience
• Experience hiring, training and coaching a sales and/or marketing Team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards
• Ability to lead, but also maintain a "Team Player" mentality
• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• Evenings and weekends are required
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Pre-employment background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
