Cannabis Grow Team Member - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Job at Virgin Leaf
We are an OLCC licensed cannabis farm located in Central Oregon, and we are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Grow team full time.
This position requires:
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
+ Great attitude
+ Strong work ethic
+ Willingness to learn
+ Respect for our techniques
+ Ability to lift 50lbs
+ 1-year landscaping preferred
+ 1-year construction preferred
+ 1-year electrical preferred
We are seeking individuals with a willingness to learn and be molded into the perfect team member.
Don't have any cannabis experience? Thats OK!
If you have a background working in landscaping, irrigation, electrical or construction this could be a great start for getting your foot in the door. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong drive and a proven track record of performing tasks with a positive attitude.
Candidates must:
+ Be 21 or older
+ have reliable transportation
+ have a current OLCC worker's permit
+ have positive energy and can do mentality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call
