As a Delivery Administrator you will have the opportunity to:

• Receiving orders - ensuring consistent receipt of incoming orders via our software platforms.

• Customer Service - answering calls and online chats to assist customers by taking orders and answering inquiries.

• Sales - service customers by providing recommendations for products based on customer needs, current and upcoming promotions, and sales targets.

• Processing orders - ensuring all orders are packed precisely with the correct products and receipts in a timely manner

• Routing – building routes, dispatching orders with delivery drivers efficiently utilizing a combination of our software platforms.

• Communicating - Inform/Escalate to the leadership team of product, technical, order, customer, and any other troubleshooting issues for the appropriate resolution.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized working area.

• Support delivery drivers with various tasks.

• Support all MPS Shift Leads, Assistant Managers, and Managers with various tasks.

Schedule

• The Delivery department operates 7:30 am – 10:30pm, 365 days a year

• Holiday and Weekday availability is required

Minimum Requirements/Physical Demands to be considered:

• Must be over 21+

• Ability to sit OR stand for long periods of time.

• This position requires moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing.

• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds safely and properly, as required

• Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in use of computers and integrated systems

• Microsoft Office, Teams, Point of sale systems +

• Experience in inventory management and ecommerce platforms a plus

• Treez, Metrc, Onfleet +
