C-Store Assistant Manager - PT Job at Country Visions Cooperative
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Participate in the recruiting, training, and maintaining of a positive employee environment by promoting teamwork
- Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Order and price store merchandise following proper procedures as directed by the Manager
- Assist in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions as well as developing sales-building displays
- Ensure correct and timely completion of all assigned accounting reports and forms
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store and Division Managers
The ideal candidate needs to possess proven leadership and customer service skills. Accuracy, confidence and dependability are required. Computer experience is also necessary.
Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a background check.
This position offers mainly first shift hours and flexible scheduling. Pay is based on qualifications and experience.
