Job Overview:
Milestone Technologies is looking for a Business Process Coordinator to help guide our organization into the future by optimizing our delivery processes. The Business Process Coordinator seeks out, develops, and helps implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will identify operational improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis of business drivers and practices. You will create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to share data-driven recommendations and to support leadership decision-making. Our ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and an expert communicator.
How You Will Make An Impact:
  • Design, build, maintain & deploy complex reports on a regular cadence
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using standard statistical tools and techniques
  • Consult with and advise management and multiple clients on strategies to improve workflows, process, and reporting techniques
  • Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities to solve operational challenges
  • Seek opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production. Lead variability reduction and best practice initiatives
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Partner to seek, proactively recommend, and drive implementation of approved process improvements to increase productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall program efficiency as it relates to the Services
  • Implement continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and processes to enable high value, reliable, and standardized work processes
What You Will Need To Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of coordination experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate cross-functional projects in a team-based environment
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and ServiceNow analytical applications
