We are looking for a smart and engaging seller with a proven track record and a passion for learning to join ManpowerGroup’s Experis team as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will partner with clients to provide talent solutions that drive business results.

Qualifications

Required
  • Sales: 3+ years selling solutions / in a professional services industry
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have
  • Vertical knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of one or more verticals (IT, Engineering, Finance); strongly preferred in Finance
  • Industry knowledge: Knowledge and experience in talent management and/or to the staffing industry
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
