SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS – New Hire Incentive
UNIONVILLE-CHADDS FORD SCHOOL DISTRICT
Kennett Square, PA
Regular Bus Drivers am/pm needed
Starting salary $21.00 per hour
No experience necessary.
CDL training provided and a $250 stipend paid after successful completion of test.
NEW HIRE INCENTIVE
Hiring incentive for new hires:
- $500 after one month of successful driving service*
- $500 after six months of successful driving service
- $500 after 12 months of successful driving service
- $500 after 24 months of successful driving service
- if hired after 5/1, incentive paid in 2nd pay in Sept. of following school year

Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Class B, CDL license with current “S” endorsement (will train)
- Current State-mandated clearances and MVR check required before hire.
- Ability to work independently, read a map, and follow written directions.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate with others.
