Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with the sales team.
- Call on builders and architects.
- Process all requests in a timely manner and follow up with answers.
- Ability to use a CRM.
- Manage and keep all AIA courses, builder programs, and more.
- Assist district sales with all their requests; help them with their builder calls and initiatives.
- Travel and visit with all customers in an effort to understand their business and help them grow their sales.
- Extensive travel to Western makers to call on builders and architects.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all Plastpro products by attending regular sales training seminars and self-study.
- Devote the entire productive time, ability and attention to the business of the Company, and shall perform all duties in a professional, ethical and businesslike manner.
- The Builder Manager - West is responsible for all aspects of the business in their territory, including reaching targets, manage the builder, resolve outstanding issues wisely, meeting budgets, set up lunch and learn, meeting with builders, manager their rebates.
Requirements
- Experience with architects and builders, working in the field for a minimum of 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have the initiative and ability to work with with minimum supervision.
- Great computer skills.
- Knowledge of CRM.
- Ability to present to a group using presentations and samples.
- Work effectively with customers.
