Job Summary:

Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts of Coach & Xcursion Pontoons.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install equipment meeting high quality standards and daily production numbers
  • Read blueprints, illustrations, or specifications to determine layouts, sequences of operations, or identities or relationships of parts.
  • Inspect or test installed units, parts, systems, or assemblies for fit, alignment, performance, defects, or compliance with standards, using measuring instruments or test equipment.
  • Use basic hand tools and power equipment.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing schedules.
  • Read and understand units of measure.
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to solve problems.

Qualifications: * Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred

  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Ability to follow assembly diagrams
  • Ability to climb ladders and move around inside and outside of boats
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
