JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires a clean driving history. You will be using a company vehicle to deliver confidential documents between inner offer – sister stores, among other errands as required.
To provide clerical support to Dept Manager as needed.
Computer knowledge, Google, Mail, Word, Excel, Quickbooks.
Prioritize and manage all incoming requests for assistance in a polite, helpful and informative manner.
To undertake general office duties including typing, taking messages, photocopying, responding to correspondence, answering telephones, filing and issuing sides.
To make (and collect) local building deliveries inc. urgent mail/packages etc.
To act as a first point of contact for a range of both internal and external callers and visitors ensuring that these are given a positive image of the Dept., including escorting them to and from reception or as directed.
To ensure that office stationery and relevant equipment is in adequate supply and is well maintained.
To deliver orders to different departments as needed.
Ensure that the work area is kept tidy
To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the team.
Providing hospitality for visitors / team (tea/coffee making) as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run Errands in company vehicle to Department of Motor Vehicles, sister stores etc…
- Follow traffic laws and company rules regarding vehicle care and operation
- Complete additional administrative / clerical tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organization skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a clear driving record
- Must have a valid Texas Drivers License
- Must pass a drug screening test
- Must pass a background check
