- Support customers through onboarding and training in the use of the ELuminate reporting platform.
- Partner closely with internal departments to support the sales teams by providing accurate and timely execution of results reporting.
- Support field sales in providing accurate reporting, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply problem-solving techniques.
- Work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Manage projects/tasks to ensure timely delivery with high-quality results.
- 1-5 years of work experience.
- BS/BA in business /Finance /Accounting or related field is desired, may consider an equivalent of relevant business experience and education.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; PowerApps preferred).
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze pricing and account data, and provide accurate reporting and discrepancy resolution.
