NeurAbilities Healthcare is a rapidly growing company with a dynamic and friendly group of professionals.

We are currently seeking Behavior Technicians for our Lancaster Office In Lancaster County who are interested in improving the lives of children with an autism diagnosis through behavioral interventions.

Ideal Behavior Technician candidates are energetic, dependable, and willing to work independently and as a member of a compassionate team to implement and track data on programs designed to benefit children with autism. These programs may be designed to reduce negative behaviors, increase social and communication skills or to promote independent living skills.

Behavior Technician Qualifications:

Candidates who have studied psychology, special education or human services are preferred.

Experience working with children.

Candidates who have taken an online RBT class or who are willing to take this class required.

Energetic individuals who thrive in a team environment and who are passionate about helping others.

Candidates who would like to learn ABA techniques which will have a positive impact on a child.

Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
