We are looking for Mechanic / Technican for Bakery/ Popping Machines.
Summary: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all food production equipment and building facilities.
No previous knowledge of food production equipment is required. All training will be provided. Any experience working as a technician in any field is a great plus++
Essential duties will be:
- Maintain equipment in operational condition through routine preventive maintenance
- Cleaning / inspection of equipent
- Keeping records of maintainace
- Report spare parts usage to the Director
- Daily record keeping.
- Travelling to local clients who require routine equipment maintenance (grocery stores)
Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical,and mechanial systems highly helpful.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength
- Able to Lift heavy objects
- Driver License Required as local travel is needed 2-3 times a week depending on the equipment maintenance needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
