Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville bakery, Bouchon Bakery, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food and wine to join our culinary brigade as a Bread Commis.
In 2006, Chef Keller opened a Bouchon Bakery location at The Venetian in Las Vegas. As with the original Yountville location, the Bakery presents a take on the French boulangerie highlighting artisanal breads, pastries and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily.
Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 2 years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.

The boulangeries, the bakeries, of Paris are filled with the most extraordinary creations - the macaron, the croissant, the tart and any number of exquisite chocolate confections. These staples of Parisian daily life so inspired us that, after opening a Bouchon Bakery next to our Bouchon bistro in Yountville, we wanted to open one near our other restaurants in Las Vegas, New York City and Beverly Hills to bake the bread for them and to add an additional layer of cafe life to the areas that surround them.
Bouchon Bakery Las Vegas has three locations: one situated in the foyer of The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino adjacent to the Venetian theater entrance and two inside The Venetian Clock Tower.
