Three Roses Wine Cellar is hiring Part-Time Bartenders. Must be 21 to apply. Prior knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right candidate for success! **Must be able to lift 40 pounds.**

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Part-time Winery Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for wine. As a winery bartender, you will be responsible for serving wine to customers, educating customers on the different wines available, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take their orders for wine

Assist customers in choosing the right wine for their taste and needs

Serve wine, beer, and other beverages to customers

Educate customers about the different wines

Maintain a clean and organized bar area including ensuring glasses, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and clean at all times

Handle credit card transactions accurately

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Work effectively with winery staff to support special events and other activities on-site

Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service

Able to follow procedures and take directions from winery management and other staff

May need to help with other duties throughout the winery as needed

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Minimum of 1-year previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, winery or tasting room

Passion for wine, with a basic level of wine knowledge

Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent communication skill

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit card transactions

Should be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
