Audit Manager

SD Associates P.C. is seeking a talented assurance manager to join our team in Elkins Park, PA. Our growing full-service CPA and business advisory firm works with professional and personal clients in various industries throughout the Tri-State area.

This position is full-time and will work from our office in Elkins Park, with hybrid flexibility.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

We are looking for an individual who is career-minded and willing to learn, work hard, develop, and grow, and who sees themselves as an experienced member of the audit team and a trusted business advisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a CPA firm
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA license
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage engagements
• Ability to adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentiality
• Nonprofit experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise, review, and develop team members of multiple client engagements in a wide variety of industries
• Perform audits, reviews, and compilation
• Communicate with clients on related audit matters
• Develop audit plans and coordinate with staff and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
• Review reports, workpapers and management letters
