Attic Insulation Lead Tech (1,632-1,821 a week) Job at Threshold Energy Solutions
We are currently looking for an individual to supervise our team and install attic insulation in residential homes in northern Indiana. We are seeking qualified individuals who are knowledgeable in installing residential blow-in insulation (Cellulose) and air sealing attics. The insulation lead technician will oversee their own crew, installing insulation and or air sealing for our residential customers.
Job requirements are as follows:
- Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, with the ability to travel throughout the company’s service area of the northern third of Indiana.
- Good customer service awareness and the ability to communicate well with the customers. You must be outgoing and reliable, and customer focused with excellent people skills
- Computer skills are required to complete the Air Sealing portion, as well as completing paperwork in a timely manner.
- Be able to climb a ladder to install measures and access attics and crawlspaces.
- You must be able to pass a background screen and drug test.
- Prior experience in Insulation and/or building trades, with knowledge of maintenance, weatherization and/or energy efficiency techniques are preferred.
You will be a 1099 independent contractor paid on performance. Weekly earnings of $1,632.00 to $1,821.00 should be expected. Paid weekly. Pre-set appointments, and all materials and equipment to perform the job will be provided. You will be required to provide some of your own basic hand tools to perform the job.
