Associate Operations Manager Position Overview:

Supervise the work of multiple employees with diverse skill sets and ensure that they meet Tovar Snow Professionals’ high standard of snow removal and ice control. This position also maintains production standards that support our promise of “heroic customer service” and ensures gross margin goals.

Associate Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Fall:

• Full Recruitment of Field Employees and Service Partner
• Train Route Managers and Service Partners
• Ensure employees complete training and comply with all company safety policies
• Complete required training and attend training for direct reports
• Conduct Pre-Season site visits
• Set up routes to maximize quality and productivity

Winter:

• Control Labor, Chemical, Equipment and Service Partner Expenses
• Coordinates with Resource Department for essential repairs
• Validate and Approve timecards for employees
• Always maintain safe work practices
• Report all accidents/injuries following proper procedures
• Complete incident reports withing set time frames
• Work with Accounts Payable Leads to validate, audit, and approve Service Partner invoices based on GPS
• Assist Operation Managers with customer Post Event Billing
• Respond to customers and ensure Route Managers address customers’ issues
• Support, promote, and utilize the Tovar Way Fundamentals in interactions with employees, customers, and Service Partners
• in conjunction with TSP's mission statement , create a branch/route atmosphere and culture that supports "Heroic Customer service".
• Maintain an environment that complies with company policies and federal, state, and local laws or regulations.

Spring/Summer:

• Identify and schedule site repairs
• Assist with Equipment return
• Schedule satellite, equipment, and chemical teardown
• Manage site clean-up with customers
• Conduct Post Season Reviews with customers

Associate Operations Manager Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Salesforce

• Ability and willingness to work prolonged hours during the snow season
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CDL Class B Minimum preferred
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Route or Walk Manager or similar position
• Must be able to legally drive and for extended periods of time
• Must be able to sit , stand, reach, lift, grasp, carry, push, and pull up to 50 plus pounds
• Work in a wide array of weather conditions with exposure to the outside elements
