Come Join Our Growing Team! Rise's IHBS program is growing and expanding, and we are seeking candidates for our Full Time/Salaried Behavior Therapist position in the Western Massachusetts area. What can you expect when you join our dedicated team of Clinicians?


Terms

Full-time (40 hours per week), exact hours will vary due to client need Approximately 50% of weekly duties will be dedicated to billable time providing direct client services Approximately 50% of weekly duties will be dedicated to administrative tasks and staff management


Position Summary

The AD is a hybrid role that provides direct client services as an In-Home Behavior Therapist while providing administrative and clinical support to other IHBS staff, including assisting the Program Director with the execution of her/his duties and furthering RISE’s clinical responsibilities and strategic objectives.


Degree/Credential Requirements

Master’s degree in a clinical mental health field (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling) Independently licensed in a mental health field (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, licensed psychologist) for a minimum of 6 months


Skills and Experience

4+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care Experience completing diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans


Tasks

  • Provides weekly clinical supervision to 5 IHBS staff (1 hour per week each)
  • Carries a caseload of 2-3 client families (15-18 hours per week)
  • Completes diagnostic screening interviews as assigned by the Program Director
  • Receives weekly supervision from the Program Director
  • Participates in and helps lead all IHBS staff meetings
  • Reviews and signs off on documentation completed by unlicensed staff under their supervision
  • Serves as backup/clinical support for therapists and monitors as needed
  • Conducts internal file audits to ensure compliance with MBHP requirements
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
  • Assists with onboarding and training of all new IHBS staff
  • All other duties assigned by Program Director
