Duties and Responsibilities
An Assistant Manager is responsible for providing hands-on support and guidance for the restaurant operations. This includes:
- Ability to supervise and lead your team to success
- Friendly and courteous to guests and teammates
- Ability to run a register and handle cash
- Ability to assist in inventory, scheduling, and other managerial tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced customer service skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions
- Understanding of safe food handling policies and procedures
