Architectural Designer

You will participate in the design and documentation of a wide variety of projects. These will include civic buildings, offices, retail and residential. You will have direct impact on project development and success while participating in all aspects of the project. At Driftmier Architects, all staff members attend client meetings and receive in-the-field training. You will work on all phases of projects from marketing through construction administration. Candidates will be supported in working towards becoming licensed architects.

Responsibilities

· Assist Project Architects in developing drawing for permit, bidding and construction.

· Maintain project files and documents related to design, subconsultants, permitting and construction.

Requirements

· Architectural Degree

The ideal Candidate will have:

· 0-5 years experience

· Revit proficiency

· Good design and graphic skills

· Ability to work within a collaborative team

· Desire to learn all aspects of varying projects

Our offices are located in the Old Town neighborhood in downtown Redmond. Our neighbors include multiple restaurants, bars and retail stores. Our office provides parking, and the public transit center is located only 2 blocks away.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
