THE ROLE
As a Applied Scientist, you will…
- Work with research team to take solutions and make them production ready engineering and postproduction teams.
- AI model training and benchmarking for 3D vision, graphics and audio solutions.
- Model optimization: Model code optimization, training against different datasets, production delivery.
- Dataset statistical distribution benchmarking working with data team.
- Understand new requirements, and delivery and support of high quality solutions
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable delivery of at-scale AI-based solutions to production, and SaaS products.
- Great coding and software architecture skills with Python (or C++).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra and numerical optimization.
- Great applied knowledge of deep-learning methods such as CNNs, ViTs, and GANs.
- Good knowledge of differentiable rendering pipelines, such as PyTorch3D, and Vision libraries, and Blender API.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate complex ideas, and understand requirements.
- Good to have: VFX-based cutting-edge solution(s) development and deployment
THE BENEFITS
As an Applied Scientist, you can expect a base salary between $180,000 to $230,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
