2. Effectively applies and maintains proficiency in facial techniques, waxing, and applicable body treatments and performs each function in accordance with salon guidelines.

3. Effectively provides professional make up services, maintaining proficiency in state of the art techniques to administer make up applications and lessons.

4. Demonstrates the ability to accomplish budgeted retail revenue goals.Retail goal to be maintained at or above 20% of service revenue
Retail percentage to be evaluated quarterly to insure 20% standard

5. Consistently adheres to all appointments in a timely manner.

6. Maintains all Forbes Standards as they pertain to spa treatments and guest services.

7. Consistently provides guest with feedback on healthy skin practices and recommends specific skin care regimens for the guests. Provides guests with prescription cards for retail purchases.

8. Always adheres to skin policies regarding cleaning and sanitizing skin equipment and chemical usage and care.

9. Consistently promotes the sale of skin products and services and attempts to accommodate guest needs for special services.

10. Effectively creates client base and has many repeat customers.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess state licensure in Aesthetics.
• Three years experience as an Aesthetician preferred.
• Must be able to work autonomously.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must possess training and/or experience in performing all pertinent services on salon menu.
