Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently looking for an Adult Outpatient Therapist to join their behavioral health team in Grants Pass, OR.

The Adult Outpatient Therapist provides integrated outpatient mental health treatment services that are based on medical necessity and that support and promote mental health and recovery. Therapists endeavor to promote recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence and safety for individuals receiving addictions and mental health services.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field, plus experience in a mental health supported educational/health center settings is preferred
• Knowledge of psychological theory as well as principles and practices of mental health treatment, especially those pertaining to crisis intervention

• Register with MHACBO as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
• Must possess valid Oregon driver's license

Job Duties:

• Provide treatment services through assessments and evaluations, including case management, individual and group treatment which promotes recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals receiving addictions and mental health treatment services
• Direct and coordinate the client admission process and treatment, rehabilitation and support services of the program
• Engage and respond in crisis intervention
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
