ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FULL TIME ALLEN COUNTY Job at Coleman Health Services
Coleman Health Services is seeking a customer service oriented person to provide front desk coverage for behavioral health offices in Allen County, Ohio, Monday – Friday. Duties include: answering phones, greeting customers, notifying staff of client arrival, triaging calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, customer service, medical records, accessing reports, distributing mail, and performing other general office duties. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations. Must have one year related experience as telephone receptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
