Position Highlights:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant III
  • Location: Primarily Skokie Hospital and some travel to Evanston Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm hours may flex based on department needs
  • Required Travel: Travel to Highland Park and Glenbrook Hospitals may be required

What you will need:

  • License: N/A
  • Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Certification: N/A
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Experience
  • Skills: Typing, Virtual Meeting Media Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

What you will do:

  • Post Self-pay and Cosmetic Payments
  • Surgery Center Credentialing
  • Submit Reimbursements
  • Trainee Program Coordination
  • Provider Onboarding (SRNAs, CRNAs, Residents, MDs)
  • Coordinate Interviews for Physician Recruiting
  • Basic Administrative Duties (answer phone, schedule department meetings)
  • Provide Administrative Support Department Leaders (Vice Chair)
  • Maintain On-call Schedules (SmartWeb and EasyCall)
  • Other duties as assigned
