AWESOME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/Payroll Specialist-2 years experience. (new grades considered)

Knowledge and experience-

*Bookkeeping *Managing Company & ED Personal budgets *QuickBooks and/or other system platforms input receipts/billings *Client Invoices *Payroll *Accounts Payable & Receivable Reports- daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly annually *Spreadsheets -Profit & Loss and all responsibilities in reference to the financial stability and maintenance of Company's and its entities.

*Plus must have healthcare and office experience with understanding nursing care . ^ Duties-multiple task with ease and a pleasant demeanor Reports to Executive Director. ^Type 40 wpm (5-15 mishaps) writing -memos, contracts, business plans?

Proficient in System Programs' -Microsoft Suites, Excel, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentation *Human Resource- -Maintain policies and trainings for staff -Input & Report payroll weekly/Bi-weekly -On-boarding/off-boarding

*Staffing schedule (on call)every other weekend -staffing phone provided with laptop. -filing, organizing, copying, faxing etc... * Store-Run pick up supplies(if necessary) * Answer and respond to calls and emails * Marketing/Sales: Attend seminars, manage advertising platforms etc. -Vistula cold calling/ ensure customer/ staff satisfaction

**Benefits after probationary time.

***This position is partime for the first several months opportunity for fulltime later with proficiency in work ethic.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
