Bernard Egan & Company; a long established company, seeks an Administrative Assistant experienced in contract drafting, real estate, and litigation. A Professional attitude, discretion and judgement, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are indispensable. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro or Kofax are required. Complete benefits package.

Job Type: Full-Time

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of related experience

· Associates Degree in a related field

Skills:

· Experience with cloud-based applications a plus

· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively interdepartmentally

· Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, and regulations

· Ability to be self-driven and work individually on assigned tasks as well as pitch-in and help co-workers on group-type projects

Salary: Commensurate on Experience
