Pay Rate: $17-18/hour

An Addison Group client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract or contract to hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the processing of new hire paperwork, and other staff related documents.
  • Creates and manages employee files, filing new paperwork, as needed.
  • Submits staff payroll data to generate staff payroll checks.
  • Maintain and track all staff training requirements state regs and compliance including mandatory physicals.
  • Utilizing the Valenz Database to ensure candidates for hire and existing employees are not on the Medicaid/Medicare exclusion list depending on program funder requirements.
  • Requests payment for vendors, orders supplies as required
  • Provides reconciliation of required payments and works with Accounts Payable department
  • Ensures paperwork is up to date for compliance screenings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in Microsoft Word
