As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, the ideal candidate is responsible for preparing invoices, managing accounts receivables and account payables.The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting cash receipts
- Matching checks to vendor invoices
- Filing
- Maintaining A/P vendor files
- Reconciling A/P statements
- Matching purchase orders to invoices and getting approved
- Reconcile American Express Statement
- Assist Accounting Department in various projects
Qualifications:
- High school degree
- Able to work independently as well as in a diverse, team environment
- Reliable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus/Accounting Degree & Financial background a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
