Accounts Payable
Job description: The Accounts Payable clerks role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $25.00/Hr, PAID WEEKLY!
Schedule: Mon- Fri 7:30 am- 4:30p or 8am-5pm with some flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Keeping rack of what the company owes to vendors
- Make payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Payment processing
- Perform review and manage the entire accounts payable process
- Build solid relationships with all parties for accounts assigned to you
Qualification:
- Must have NetSuite experience
- Type 50 words per minute
- Previous experience in accounts payable
